New Yarn, New Teacher, New Classes, and Extended Hours on Sunday

Hi Everyone!!!!

We have lots of NEW things for you to know about including yarn, classes, teachers and open hours. Let's start with our newest teacher - introducing (drum roll) - Theresa. Theresa is now teaching Sunday classes in our open project class from 12:30 to 2:30. Theresa, whom we fondly call T, loves all things knit and crocheted.... she especially likes to work on little tiny needles on beautiful lace designs - she is quite amazing. Call now for a seat in this new class on Sundays from 12:30 to 2:30 and start building your knitting foundation skills.

Special on all classes - mention this newsletter entry and receive (7) classes for the price of six when signing (or resigning) up to your classes. This special will continue through the end of April and is available for all class signups of the open project classes which run seven days a week - new or continuing.

We have newly extended hours on Sundays - we now open at 10:00 on Sunday mornings! Our new location provides us with plenty of parking, both on street in front and through the back door in the municipal lot. So now there are even more hours of the week to enjoy the beautiful yarns, fibers and the great deals on the fabric consignment which we continue to work through so every week there are new and exciting fabrics to see.

We have lots of new yarns arriving each week as we settle into our new location in downtown Derry - 14 East Broadway, Derry, NH

Ivy Brambles Silky Merino Light has just been completely restocked in all your favorite colors.... this yarn is perfect for spring and summer garments and shawlettes. Silky Merino Light is silky elegance which comes in the form of yarn with three plies of super soft and silky fine Merino wool and Mulberry Silk making this one luxury yarn you will be sure to enjoy. Perfect for drapey cowls, garments, and shawls calling for a fingering to dk weight yarn. Each skein is a generous light and lofty 380 yards in Ivy Brambles hand dyed colorways.

New Opal Sock yarns have arrived and they are very, very cool! Each skein provides 465 yards of a superwash merino and nylon blend that has been colored in just the right way to create really cool self patterning effects. These socks are fun to make as you never know what pattern will pop up as well as creating socks that will be loved and worn for years! Perfect also for any project that requires fingering yarn such as baby sweaters, scarfs and mittens.

Also, back on the shop floor is Louisa Harding Glisten and Merletto as well as Katia Gatsby in many colors.... during the move we found several boxes that were not available previously on the floor. These were a perfect find as they make gorgeous summer garments! Check them out on line or in the store!

See you soon either online or here! Happy Fibering!
